PROFILE
Het Natuurhuis is an organic supermarket that sells organic food, organic non-food products, food supplements, plant extracts and natural cosmetics. The family business was established in 1977 and now has two branches -- Antwerp and Merksem - with a total of 23 staff.

 

CHALLENGE
Het Natuurhuis did not have a central management system for the two shops. This meant they could not change or use information, for example about products or customers, at both branches at the same time. So the business looked for a way of working more efficiently and professionally.

 

SOLUTION
The Concept Group installed LS Retail, a solution based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV that is specifically designed for retailers. The IT partner customised the package according to the specific needs of Het Natuurhuis and also trained the directors.
